I specialize in therapeutic yoga that combines traditional and modern methods with a functional approach to movement. My goal is to help people feel better and improve their movement abilities through personalized lessons. I offer public, private (1:1), and online classes, as well as teacher trainings, courses, and workshops on various topics.
As a certified YACEP (Yoga Alliance) yoga teacher, I also offer teacher trainings and workshops focused on various topics.
What I Offer
I offer private yoga sessions with a therapeutic focus, tailored to your individual needs. Additionally, I lead public classes in Yin, MyoYin, and Vinyasa yoga at various yoga studios in Prague. I also organize workshops, courses, and teacher trainings designed for both the general public and yoga teachers seeking to deepen their knowledge and skills. Everything with an emphasis on integrating traditional and modern therapeutic methods, with a focus on a functional approach.

Healthy Alignment: I guide you in properly aligning asanas to ensure your practice is both effective and gentle on your body.
Variety of Complementary Techniques: I incorporate Myofascial Release (MFR) to relieve muscle tension and use principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to enhance energy flow and harmonize body and mind. Depending on your needs, I also integrate other methods to promote overall balance.
Your Own Pace: No need to adjust to a group. We will set the pace and intensity of the sessions to suit you best.
In-Person or Online Meetings: Choose between in-person sessions or online format, allowing you to practice from anywhere.
Support for Home Practice: I create a personalized sequence for you to use independently outside our sessions, helping you maintain physical and mental well-being in the long term.

Yin yoga is a calm and slow-paced form of yoga that focuses on stretching the deeper layers of connective tissue, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

MFR
Myofascial Release Technique is a therapeutic method that targets releasing tension and pain in the fascial tissues surrounding the muscles. It helps improve range of motion, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being.

VINYASA
Dynamic style of yoga that focuses on a smooth flow between poses synchronized with the breath
