INDIVIDUAL CARE

I offer individual yoga lessons tailored to your needs and goals. These lessons can take place either in person or online, in both Czech and English. I focus on your health condition, fitness goals, and personal preferences. My approach incorporates various techniques, including Myofascial Release (MFR) and the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles to yoga practice, to promote harmony of body and mind.

GROUP CLASSES

I offer regular public yoga classes suitable for all levels. You can choose between dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequences or meditative Yin yoga enhanced with Myofascial Release techniques (MyoYin).

Regular Class Schedule:

2:30 PM – Yin yoga with MFR Elements
3:40 PM – Vinyasa yoga

Saturday:
2:40 PM – Yin yoga with MFR Elements
3:50 PM – Vinyasa yoga
